Postage, Returns and Exchanges

Postage costs are for delivery all over Australia using Australia Post or a Courier.

Postage is capped at $9.95

All sales over $180 receive FREE postage

Home delivery in Port Lincoln is available- please write in the comment section in checkout when you would like it to be delivered. Orders need to be completed by 9:30am to ensure same day delivery. Sometimes due to extreme conditions, same day delivery may not be possible. Please see attached map to see where we deliver in Port Lincoln. If you are not home, please comment where you would like the order to be left. Orders left are at the customer’s own risk so please ensure it is a safe spot.

If your house is out of the delivery map, please contact us and we may be able to arrange delivery still for $9.95.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
Items must be unused with tags still attached and returned in the same condition as they were sent.
A credit note or refund will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items. If the original order had free delivery, the additional delivery will incur a delivery charge.

If an item is faulty exchange and delivery costs will be paid by From Baby to Kids.
